Purchased this MicroWD12 before Diwali 2024 to help with the pre-diwali house cleaning. Amazon as usual delivered it the next day. This is my review after using it for diwali cleaning. Pros - 1. Very good suction force. Except when the cloth filter gets clogged then the suction power reduces. But this is as per design so no complaints on that. 2. Power chord length and flexible hose pipe length are more than adequate to reach all around the room without the need to shift the equipment during cleaning. 3. 12 litre tank capacity is ideal for my house, meets my requirement. 4. Blower is pretty good. 5. Used it for more than 30 mins at a stretch and it heated up normally. No overheating observed. 6. Device does not produce much noise either during operation. I felt the noise was normally what other vacuum cleaners would produce. 7. Very convenient on/off switch. Liked it very much. Cons - 1. Attachments provided are inadequate. Only 3 attachments provided and they don't suit to all your cleaning needs. Maybe the company can provide a mattress cleaner attachment in future products. 2. Would have been great if there was a cloth dust bag to collect the dust for easy disposal. The bag provided filters and keeps the dust inside the compartment. 3. Customer service can be improved. No one came for the demo, but however the CS rep arranged for a video demo tutorial. Guess the 3rd party service providers are not that great. 4. Waiting to see how much electricity consumption is being attributed towards usage. Overall, Great product for household use. Cant comment on commercial use. If you are planning to buy for household cleaning then my recommendation is to go for it. You will not be disappointed.

In short - NOT WORTH BUYING / MONEY WASTED Horrible purchase experience. The device is simply not well, engineered. Don’t get me wrong. It works well, but for just 5 to 7 minutes after which its dustbag gets choked, and the suction completely drops. It will work only if you keep cleaning the dust bag every five minutes or so. For a device consuming as much power as a small air conditioner, it is simply not acceptable. The built quality is quite average and the top motor or the suction device part gets badly overheated. The clip locks of the drum are very flimsy and low quality, you are simply not sure if they have got locked or no. Would not recommend buying this product, looking at the reasonable price, spend a little more and buy quality product.

Good product for basic cleaning and build quality is decent. However, it makes quite a lot of noise while using. Suction power feels a bit low, especially for small particles, and the smaller attachments are not very effective as they don’t pick up dirt properly. Overall okay for light use but could be improved.

Overall a good product. PROS: Has good suction power and compact design and felt value for the money. CONS: It heats up a little bit and seems to blow out some minor dust particle and the filter seems to be an easily damaging material
