Good, sturdy lock, but expensive maintenance
Extremely Expensive Repairs – Not Worth It!I installed a **Yale digital lock** three years ago, and now the battery is draining rapidly. When I reached out to customer support, they informed me that the **panel needs to be replaced**—and shockingly, they are demanding **₹20,000** for it!To put things into perspective, the **entire lock originally cost ₹14,000**, and now just replacing a part costs even more than the lock itself. **Is this a joke?** How can a premium brand justify such outrageous repair costs?For anyone considering a Yale lock, be aware that while the product may seem good initially, **long-term maintenance is a nightmare**. I expected durability and reasonable support, but this is just a money-making scheme. Highly disappointed! **Think twice before investing in this brand.**

Great product for a home
This is so convenient for the main door. No more worries about carrying the key and keeping it safe. There is auto locking facility that locks the door as soon as it’s closed. The lock had fingerprint, pin and physical key readily available. Can be unlocked with Bluetooth or even wifi if you get the right accessories. Overall a good looking and easy to use product.
