OK, this is a great product! Gets rid of my anxiety and I don't even realize it till I notice how calm I am in my usually challenging situations. Really and truly, I almost couldn't believe it except I've been using it for 4 months now and feel I can honestly attest that it works better than anything I've ever tried. Wife and I both took the recommended dose and felt nothing at all. next night took a dosage and a half and still felt no effects, nothing at all no calming nothing. i actually looked at the expiration date to make sure it wasn't expired. we bought this brand based on reports that its one of the strongest out. with 30% kavalactones. We wont buy again

it did not help wit my anxiety

Seems to be of good quality and helpful for anxiety and sleeplessness. It does work.

Was very doubtful but this definitely worked for me. I take 2 of these capsules + 2 capsules of the Awa calm from the same company for a very noticeable effect. Just 2 caps of these for a subtle effect. Only need about 1 dose/day. Honestly, If you're ambivalent, just give it a try. You won't know how well it works until you do! Will be ordering again.

First time Kava user, tried capsules today...worked very well. Felt calm and relaxed for first time in a long time. I have done a lot of research on anxiety and natural remedies, tried them all. This looks to be a winner for me. Thank you!!

am allergic to this product

My husband got these pills for his anxiety and said they helped him a lot. He liked the pill form because the powder form he tried first made him sick.
