It was well made, I returned it because I found a local alternative and didnt need it anymore.

This is a great bag. I have been looking for a bag that would function as a lunch bag as well as a work bag. This thing is perfect for my needs. No more hauling around multiple bags. I work 12 hour shifts and my ice packs are still partially frozen when I get home after being in there over 13 hours, no other bag I have had did that. The 'work bag' part is not huge, if you need a lot of room it may not fit your needs. It is very well made and stands up if you set in on the floor. I highly recommend this bag.

Since July I’ve used this backpack to carry my lunch, tablet, clipboard, pen, chapstick, sweater etc. from my car to my office and back 3-4 times a week. I carry a gallon jug with water and use a refillable cup, so nothing too heavy is ever in the pack itself. In October the lining ripped and separated from the mesh backing in October. In December the strap’s stitching started ripping. Both are getting progressively worse. I’m not sure how much longer this will last. Im extremely disappointed at the durability and quality. At first I thought this was a good product and was excited to be able to consolidate my bags into one pack. But I doubt it will even make it a year before going to the landfill. Guess I’ll go back to carrying two bags, one for lunch and the other for stuff.

Kept my food cool and there was no leakage onto my laptop. Love it.

Had to restitch the bag it started to rip apart after a couple of weeks

The bag itself was big enough to hold all my stuff for work plus my lunch but the zipper came apart and the stitching started coming undone. Reached out to seller with no response
