Lightweight, durable laptop cooling pad
This product works very well! It keeps my laptop cool in my rather warm flat - I honestly have never felt my laptop so cool! The design is nice both aesthetically and practically. A combination of lightweight but durable means that it is movable and you can sit with it on your lap easily.I love that there has been consideration for a deep rim on either side to enable easy picking up of both the laptop and cooling pad at the same time. The fact that you can change the fan speed to adjust to the external temperature of the room is another bonus and is relatively quiet at the lowest speed, noticeable but not disturbing at the highest. It is very easy to setup.I'd recommend this product if your computer runs hot and it is also a good product to use as a laptop stand without the fan running too.

Cooler laptop
I bought this to cool down my MacBook. My Mac doesn't normally get hot but having to use it for working at home. Due to that its running three virtual machines and it became a second heater for the room.So I invested in this KLIM AirFlow. Well it was not as good as I had hoped, but it does help to keep the temperature stable. I.e.when I turn the rpm up on the KLIM the temp of the laptop stabilises and either goes down a degree or stays where it is.I ended up combining this KLIM along with some other software called smcFanControl. This app allows me to override the Macs internal fans to make them run faster. So with this KLIM to supply a good airflow and the internal Macs fans running faster this helped to start the virtual machines and keeping the temp under 50ºc I can now keep it around 43 to 45ºThe KLIM is extremely light to pick up. If the fan is set to the lowest setting then its very quiet. Turn it up by rotating the (looks like a volume switch) to its max and its a little noisier but its ok has not driven me bonkers yet so can't be that bad ;-)What I do find irritating is the air blows out through the front. Had to find my fleece as it was too cold.Cant say for sure if its helping my Mac live longer but must be helping it somewhat if it keeps it below 50ºc.

Very good cooler pad.
I was looking for a laptop pad to mount my laptop on for more comfortable use. Most pads have 4 or 5 fans and various disco lights for illumination.I was drawn to the KLIM Airflow+ for the less usual design. There is a large hollow part under where the laptop sits and the pad uses an exhaust type rotating cylinder instead of a fan and no obnoxious bright LEDs to blind me while I work. The build feels a bit flimsy but it's a laptop pad, not a bat so I realise that doesn't matter. It's more than strong enough to survive the occasional trip out in a bag.It perfectly fits a 17.3" laptop and the supports at the front sit well and do not obstruct the laptop keyboard at all. When powered on it is quiet on the lowest fan setting and at max chat, it's no louder than a modern laptop internal cooling system. What I can say is the volume of air this pad moves is fantastic. On the lowest setting there is a positive flow of air. And on high it's actually quite strong. I haven't compared the cooling effect before and after but It gives me confidence that it would achieve some cooling. For the price, you cant go wrong.

Was good until the cable of my unit stopped working
I am using a Dell XPS 15 9570 which is known to thermal throttle causing the system to slow down in performance. This cooling pad is doing very well and has managed to solve my overheating problems. Although it is chunky it is very lightweight and easy to use.EDIT:(UPDATE 01/02/23)-2 starsI have taken good care of this product and after plugging the USB to DC Jack cable into the unit it no longer powers it. I believe the cable that came with my unit is faulty. This has been a huge disappointment and headache for me as I do not know what replacement cable to get for it.

Great for bed
My company laptop broke and I lost all my work, they said it had overheated because of all my home working. To be fair, I did use my laptop in bed resting on the duvet.New laptop and this great new stand. Keep it in the bedroom for that purpose. Working from home and bed!It sits solidly on the stand and the stand raises the laptop and keeps the air flowing around it.Also as it powers itself from the laptop, no extra wires to worry about. One other massive advantage is that as it raises it a little, it is much easier to use and the ports are protected from damage.Worth the investment and will save my new laptop from failures.
