The merits of this product is that the installation is very straightforward. All you need is a spanner. The water flow is incredibly accurate, and the mist mode gives you a heavenly experience after the shower. The cartridge replacement is something I’ve not tested yet. Also, due to thin outlets, you can enjoy the hot water from your heater a little longer than usual. My hair is slightly less clunky than before, but it’s too early for me to judge.On the flip side of things, the spanner provided may not work for removing your old shower head and if you do not have an adjustable spanner, you may have to spend additional on plumber, like I did. That’s the only thing of concern.But since the install I've seen visible effects on my hair fall and skin allergies and it has worked wonders to curb them too. Definitely recommend buying it!!!In conclusion, it’s a fantastic product, easy to install and use, catridge replacement indicator works incredibly well, and it’s a bang for the buck

Got this shower head within a day and I must say that the packaging of this product is beyond impressive.The company took care of little things such as including a fitting spanner of the exact size that is needed for this; spare washers and it even provided a roll of silicon plumbers tape. Totally unexpected but was super happy to see this.Installation took less than 10 minutes including unscrewing the old shower head and putting the new one on.The shower filter replacement Indicator is a really cool add on.Now what needs to be seen is how effective this filter is to control water hardness and hopefully reduction of hair fall. Perhaps I’ll update this review in a few weeks.For now, the things that I like is the product packaging; build quality and total ease of installation.

Excellent product, getting the cartridge looks challenging but I can see the difference in water. Really great product

After using the shower I feel a difference as water is distributed nicely, feeling hair softer. However 1 out of 2 shower heads were defective with a minor leak, although I applied for warranty I felt that customer service was useless, instead they asked me to get it replaced through Amazon- whereas they could have sent someone since warranty was registered.Nonetheless, it is an expensive investment for a better shower experience, I hope it genuinely filters the hard water as it claims to.

"Drip-Drip-Disappointment" - AVOID!This shower head is TERRIBLE. The water flow is so slow it's literally just drops. Washing my hair took forever, and rinsing soap was a nightmare. My water pressure is fine, so it's definitely this useless product. Easy to install, but that's the only good thing. Don't waste your money! 0/5 stars.
