What if the refrigerator is upside down when we receive it?

If you receive your refrigerator and find it upside down, please leave it upright for at least 6 hours before using it.

Is it normal for a refrigerator to have temperature fluctuations while it is cooling?

Yes, it is. Because the refrigerator compressor has energy-saving characteristics, the compressor will stop working to keep warm when it reaches the set temperature. After a period of time, the compressor will work again for refrigeration.

If I place an order, how long will the order be processed and why is there no logistics information for my product?

The processing time is usually 1 working day. If the logistics statu shows "label created", it may be a shipping update delay of the carrier company, please be patient. And your Amazon messages will be answered within 24 hours including on weekends.

Can the refrigerator be powered by solar energy?

Of course. When you are in the wild, battery or solar power is a good choice. Provide motivation for your exploration of the world.

Why is the naming and sizing of the user manual inconsistent with the product page？

The naming of VL series is in the form of capacity + single zone "S" or double zone "D". For example, VL45 single zone is named as VL45S; the dimensions on the product page are refrigerator dimensions, don't include the hinge and handle.
