Excellent facial cleanser for dry, sensitive skin I’ve been using this CeraVe facial cleanser, and I absolutely love it. It cleans the skin thoroughly without leaving it feeling dry or tight. It has a creamy texture and doesn't lather much, yet it leaves my face feeling clean, hydrated, and soft. I like that it contains ceramides and hyaluronic acid, as these help maintain the skin's moisture. Plus, it’s fragrance-free, making it ideal for sensitive skin. The 16 oz bottle lasts a long time, and the dispenser is very convenient for daily use. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone with normal to dry skin who is looking for a gentle yet effective cleanser.

I have a little dry skin, in fact I have had rosacea problems and a lot of itching on my face for years. This product was recommended to me by my trusted AI and I have been using it for months in the mornings and evenings, I have to say that I have had an incredible improvement, I no longer have discomfort in my skin and even the color has changed. It will be for me the only one that I will always use.

Finding a cleanser that doesn’t irritate sensitive skin can be difficult, and this is one my husband keeps coming back to. We’ve purchased it several times because it cleans well, leaves his skin feeling soft, and never leaves it tight or dry. It’s fragrance free, gentle enough for everyday use, and a bottle lasts quite a while. My experience is a little different because I wear makeup. The formula is lightweight and more watery than creamy, so I don’t think it does the best job removing a full face of foundation or waterproof eye makeup on its own. For me, it’s much better as a second cleanse after using a makeup remover. If you don’t wear much makeup or you’re looking for a gentle daily cleanser for sensitive or dry skin, I think you’ll be very happy with it. If heavy makeup removal is your top priority, you may want a richer cleanser or cleansing balm first. TIP: One pump is usually enough. If you wear makeup, remove it first, then use this cleanser as your second cleanse for soft, comfortable skin. Would I buy it again? Absolutely for my husband. It’s become a staple in his routine, and I would recommend it to anyone with sensitive or easily irritated skin.

Probably the best cleanser out there for extremely dry and sensitive skin. The texture is very creamy, it has no smell, and does not strip your skin or leave it feeling dry afterwards. The only thing to note is that it does not remove makeup effectively, so if you use a tinted SPF or foundation on your face, you would need to do a double cleanse to effectively remove it. I use an oil-based cleanser to dissolve my tinted sunscreen first, then use CeraVe cleanser to remove the residue.

One of the only face washes I can use. I am a woman with facial hair (thank you PCOS) and I use this daily in place of a shaving cream and no longer have to worry about ingrown hairs, etc. (I used to get the bumps on my neck almost every day). I also use it as a wash to remove my makeup and it does an excellent job and leaves no residual makeup but does leave your face feeling moisturized not dry (I don't wear mascara so I can't speak to that). If you have sensitive skin this might be just the ticket for you.
