Can the 60 litre size bag be used for carry-on on an airplane?

That's an iffy situation I had the 90 liter one and I use it as carry on. But I'm a big guy and my girlfriend who's 5"2 had the exact same bag and they wouldn't allow her to use it as carry on. I think technically it's too big but nobody really pays attention to backpacks unless it's obviously oversized when they look at you

Hello, i ordered this backpack back in march. and the clips that hold the duffel bag broke on me when carrying the bag. is there any way you can help.

contact the manufacturer - I have done this for another product that I'd taken out of the package and used but it was defective, the manufacturer (contact info on the tags on the bag in this case) would be happy to replace
