Review: Exceptional customer service on this product - This was the second hammock (same model) I had ordered. I bought the first one 2 years ago. I leave it outside for the summer continuously. For the reasonable price point I’m paying, I was pleased to get 2 seasons of use out of it. This year I ordered the same one again. About 6 weeks into very minimal use ( due to weather) one cord broke on it and resulted in a hole . I did a make-do re-tie of the broken cord and added a couple zip ties for added strength. I wrote a note to customer service about it explaining that I had only had it 6 weeks, used it less than 6 times as a 142# female and it was disappointing. They reached out the very next day. I sent a photo. They were wonderful and offered to replace the hammock at no cost. I offered to ship the other one back and they said no need. The new one arrived in under a week . I found this to be exceptional customer service!! They have a loyal customer from here on out. I think for the $$ this is a nice unit.

### ⭐⭐ Too stretchy but nice looking

Very nice looking, however you can’t use it because it is so stretchy. We even bought a new hammock stand that was bigger and it still bottomed out on that. This would be good for hanging off trees maybe but is not fit for a hammock stand. We got one of the large wooden stands even to replace our smaller metal one and it still did not fit well. We also didn’t receive the pillow it came with but we’re willing to look past that if the hammock was usable. We have decided to return it and look for one that doesn’t stretch out so much
