I am very happy with this purchase. The sheath comes rather plain, but does a good job hanging onto the super weird shape of a Karambit blade. At least these guys tried; there was not another leather sheath available (unless one bought a knife with it. One can see in the pics I posted that you can turn this sheath several different ways. I extended the strap a bit (with a tactical strap, a leather punch, and one rivet) to wrap completely around the handle so that it will be SUPER secure when I carry horizontal or upside down. The faux leather is thick but it is a veneer; even so, it is strong and seems to be durable. One would do well to make sure that one of these blades doesn't come slithering out of the sheath on your person! I got this sheath because the kydex sheath that came with one of my favs was just too big and gawky to work with. With a bit of imagination, this sturdy (and nice looking) sheath, can make your blade hang a dozen different ways. The straps help, and can be bought on Amazon cheaply, like , four for less than ten bucks or so. Oh, btw, the seller and Amazon made it a fast ship&delivery.

Very well made sheath. If only they would make a universal belt clip that works no matter where the sheath is placed...

Much nicer than the plastic sheath that came with my Cold Steel Steel Tiger. It fits that knife perfectly as the ad pictures imply. It takes a little while to break in but all you have to do is snap it closed and leave it in for a few days. It loosens up. Great sheath. One thing to note: due to the Karambits unusually shape this sheath is set up to be worn on your offhand side and cross-drawn.

But, hey. Its exactly what I was looking for.

Only comes right handed

The leather construction is great but if you are going to make a sheath for a Krambit you should have flipped the direction it is not isable by a right handed person as it is.
