**Q: How many people are required to play with this  set. is is for four or more or can just two play**
A: 4 people best , but you can play 2 or 3 people

**Q: Does it include the 4 racks please?**
A: Yes it has 4 racks to hold the tiles.
They are not perfect as they are a simple "L" shape, so the tiles could fall out if you tilt the rack the wrong way. But the do the job. They also help you line up the tiles on the walls when you build them at the start of the game.

**Q: How many tiles are in the set?**
A: This set has 144 tiles in total

**Q: it’s that a normal size ,? Like in professional games?**
A: I used to play in a mahjong club and the size of this set was pretty standard. I do have a vintage set for sale if you are interested, bought in Peking in the 1930s, it's the same size, bone and bamboo with exquisite hand carved pieces.

This is a beautifully presented and well made set. It includes ribbon and thin packing paper. It would be perfect for a gift. It is very good quality and you would be hard pressed to find anything this beautiful for this price. I carried out a lot of research before I bought this item, as I was spending a lot of money on "a game"! It includes everything you would need to play the traditional game including: wind counters, racks, tiles, dice, betting sticks, instructions and individual boxes in which to store the tiles. The tiles are a bit bigger than I was expecting, but I am used to playing with a very old set. I can't get past the back of the tiles being plain, though - I keep thinking they are all white dragons! Please note: the rack lengths and instructions rely on using 17 tiles in the wall, not 18. Upon investigation, I learned that this is where some players do not use the flowers and seasons. We do use them, so the racks are one tile short for our game. Not a show-stopper, but just a bit annoying when building and moving the walls. The racks are more than long enough for your 13 tiles. This is the second time I have purchased a "Jaques of London" game and both times the product has been amazing, and the wrapping "the icing on the cake"!
