So I ordered this and left on scalp for a couple days as I wasn't leaving the house. I then washed with neutrogena tgel shampoo first, second wash with aveeno apple cidar clarifying shampoo. Not one flake, I still can't believe it. I just loved with mild dandruff for so many years and I'm actually grateful it got so severe because it made me determined to fix it. If I knew it would be that easy I would have done it a long time ago. So I don't know if it's a combination of all of the above but this is my new routine and I would tell anyone to give it a go. Short hair grade 7 or lower is basically essential if you want to get it to you scalp with using oodles of it.
