What is the dimension of one cube?

The cubes are more like 1.5" x 1.5" x 1.5". I made the mistake of thinking they would fit within my glencairn glasses which are 1.75 in diameter. I should have paid better attention to math class as these cubes are 2" diagonally and won't fit in my glasses.

is there a liquid inside?

I do believe that there is a liquid inside, which upon freezing becomes a solid. It is fully encapsulated by the stainless steel shell, therefore presenting no hazard to the user.

Are they heavy? Will they strike my teeth?

Not that heavy. Anything can strike your teeth. They're too big to swallow, though.

Are these better than Saicoos cubes, which sells 8x as many cubes for the same price?

The Rabbit stones are bigger and come with a case you can freeze.
