Short term no. I can't say for sure if left on for an extended time, I haven't removed any that has set for a while.

Is this textured? Or just smooth? I'm thinking of clear coating this matte since my car is matte.

It's textured but if u go clear coat over it keep it warm just before you apply it with a hair dryer

Yes, I bought the other brand too that has it printed on the inside, both have same look, texture and reaction when heated.
