This is quite expensive, but I feel like it does relieve stress and help me sleep. I haven’t noticed any side effects and it’s very small and easy to take.

I don't usually review but ive been on a mission to get my anxiety under control so I feel like this is genuinely important and can be of use for others. Theres a significant quality difference here between other brands. And I don't know why. Theyre all 200mg l theanine with suntheanine. This brand just has the best calming and relaxing effects. So yes, dish out the extra cash for better quality if you can. If not, just make sure whatever brand you're getting mentions suntheanine

Great With Prescription!
Listen….. Get IT!!!! Now, supplements AND medication will work differently for each person, but I CAN say that taking my prescribed stimulant alone worked for me… But when I noticed it not working to its full capability, take THIS BRAND, I noticed an INSTANT difference! It boosted my stimulant and made it feel more “smooth” if that makes sense. Stopped me from going up in my stimulant dosage. I will stand by it. Now THE PRICE??? Yall can do a lot better than this, affordability wise. It’s too expensive! Honestly, because of how well it worked, I wouldn’t even mind paying $45 for this. But $65 is outrageous! Nonetheless, it worked for me and I’ll try a different brand just to compare, since I went with “the best” on my first go, but I truly love that I found this. Finishes my first bottle… Buying another!
