I ordered this dress for a last minute baby shower and was worried it wouldn’t arrive on time. Not only did it ship to me extremely fast, (1day), the packaging was well put together and my dress came in a water proof zip up bag. I really like when companies package their merchandise with weather being a factor. The dress material was slightly heavy but not in a weighing down kind of way. It is sturdy and comfortable. I especially like the fit. I used the sizing chart to figure out my correct size because shopping online can be a bit of a struggle especially if you have odd number measurements. I am super pleased with the fit of the dress- it wasn’t too big or too small; it fit perfectly and I received so many compliments on my dress. I highly recommend making sure you read the sizing chart carefully so that you order the right size and don’t get stuck with a size too big or too small. Size is definitely true to fit. I love that this dress has pockets which makes it easy for me to carry things such as my car keys and my cell phone. The length is the perfect length,( I’m only 5”3 and weigh 120lbs ), not too long and not too short. Retro dresses are my absolute favorite to rock especially when I’m going to a small gathering like a baby shower. The length hits me just about mid calf (as expected/wanted). I wish the sash loops were a tad lower so they would hit more at my natural waist, but I should be able to mod that easily if it really ends up annoying me later. I love the enormously deep pockets, which are made of a very stretchy material, so you can skip the purse completely in most cases. The fabric is sturdy enough for the structured cut of the dress, but also has enough give for a comfortable and flattering fit.
