Very nice. Easy to assemble. Very sturdy. I wanted a nice rack to display my late grandmother's Norman Rockwell mugs. I've also used the top shelf to hold other momentos that belonged to her. This is a nice wooden rack.

After my sister moved in and vastly added to the mug collection, we knew we needed more cup space. We’ve been using it for a few months now, and this rack has been perfect! It looks nice, it easily holds 12 large mugs, and it’s away from the wall enough that your mugs aren’t bumping against the wall. I also love the style and quality of the hooks that are used, it’s a simple yet interesting piece.It was also packaged very well, and was received in a timely manner.

Wonderful rack to hold my coffee cups with my coffee station. I wanted minimal on my countertops getting new ones shortly. This was super simple to put up and assembled, which is always a plus. I love the weather look at it also matches two other pieces I have on the other side of the kitchen. And for the price you can’t beat it. You will love it as much as I do.

I am editing to add that, two years and one move later, this mug rack is still holding all the mugs nicely! I am changing my review to 5 stars! I love the look and feel of this product! The reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because I haven't had the chance to hang it up yet so I don't know how well it holds the weight of all those mugs, but from what I can tell so far, it seems very sturdy. I also adore the fact that the seller includes a mounting kit (screws, anchors, and level). I'm very excited to use this and I will adjust my rating as necessary once I hang it and hang mugs on it. This mug rack is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Shabby chic, beachy look with the distressed white paint, sturdy wood, hooks spaced out enough for big mugs. Note that if you’re looking to hang Rae Dunn mugs, the hooks aren’t quite large enough for the handles to go all the way down in them, but can be bent out a little to accommodate. Overall it fits great on the wall next to my spice rack and the shelf at the top is a helpful bonus - deep enough to hold more mugs or decorations. Packaged well and quick shipping. I would definitely shop with this business again!

I would love to give this rack 5 stars because it’s exactly what I wanted, but there were a couple of issues. The first one I ordered came damaged and the company sent a replacement right away. The replacement, however, had one hook that was bent almost completely closed and a second that was not quite as open as the others but a mug could still hang on it. So that I wouldn’t have to wait for a third delivery, my husband removed the bent hook and was able to bend it back out - But it was not easy and I definitely could not have done it myself. And I still have to go through the trouble of mailing back the first one.The rack seems very sturdy, though not as heavy as I expected so it shouldn’t be difficult to hang anywhere. The hardware and small level included made hanging it very easy and my husband had no trouble at all. The top shelf was the main reason I chose this product and it is absolutely perfect. Overall, I think the rack is well-made, beautiful, and exactly what was missing from my kitchen. I definitely recommend it, but it may be more than effort than it’s worth for some people.

This is a sturdy mug holder with lots of space for my mugs. My mugs, both handmade and store bought, rest nicely on the hooks. The mug holder itself is hanging on two screws I drilled into the wall. It holds my mug’s weight no problem. I like the top shelf as well since larger mugs and succulents can fit on top and add some decoration. I love that my mugs are out in the open and put on display. Worth it for the price.

I used this to hang tea cups and having an upper shelf allows me to display a few items. Great size for a condo, it compliments my wall in my small kitchen and frees up cabinet space for other uses.
