There are 60 1000mcg B12 capsules contained inside a dark plastic bottle with screw top lid. There is a safety seal on top of the bottle to show they have not been tampered with. (If this seal is broken don't use the product).These capsules are high strength and instructions say to take one per day but being B12 deficient, I have been taking 2 per day. They taste a bit strange but the flavour goes away with a glass of wate and they are easy to swallow even without the water. I have been noticing that I am less tired whilst I've been taking these and I can put up with the taste so will carry on taking them. I usually feel totally drained by 3pm but I don't experience that problem when taking this supplement. They are priced similar to other products on the market. If you fell that they work (as I do) then the price is irrelevant. I am happy to recommend them.

Firstly I admit I take a whole variety of vitamins and supplements as they have definitely helped me with my overall health and wellbeing...It's important to do your research especially if your looking after your health. Don't just rely on supplements you have to eat healthy and exercise. But this will I'm my honest opinion help you in a daily basis with your health and your immune system I would definitely take these tablets over the winter months.I have used supplements from this maker before and they are if a very high standard

This item arrived nicely packaged in a cardboard box. It is exactly as described - 60 capsules, which you take one every evening with water. This means there is 2 months worth in the bottle. The capsules are similar sizes to other capsules/medicine you take so foe me, they are easy to swallow but I know some people have difficulties with it. I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now and I do feel like I do have more energy than usually, less tired anyway, but either way, there's no harm in taking extra vitamins

It's difficult to review vitamins sometimes. There's no way to test the constituent ingredients in laboratory conditions for the regular customer.What I can tell you is these arrive well packaged, with a factory seal intact. The ingredients list is on par with similar products out there and in terms of price they're not bad at all. They're easy to swallow and I experienced no aftertaste at all. I hope they work as they claim to.

Great B12 tablets-I have B12 deficiency so need to take 1000 micrograms a day (if you don’t have a deficiency I’d recommend a lower dose than this to be honest). Compared to another brand I have, these are soooo much easier to swallow. The others have a rough dusty texture, and dispute being smaller this makes them hard to swallow. More than once they’ve got stuck in the throat. The shape and smooth finish of these ones make them so much easier to take without issue. I haven’t noticed any drop in how I feel since switching to these which is good. They don’t really have any flavour to them so if taken with liquid you’d hardly notice-Very nice to have some with a smooth finish now making them easy to swallow. It’s good to see some on here from a good trusted brand as far too many are made in China and likely not regulated the same
