It arrived packaged tightly in a plastic bag. I was worried it wouldn't fluff up very much, but after a couple days on a hanger and then a quick steam to get the bigger wrinkles out- it is just perfect. The tulle is very rough, but there is a slip between the tulle and the person's legs. The drawstring waist is very typical of bridal crinoline/petticoats- that's what two high-end bridal shops offered me when I called around looking for my daughter's flower girl petticoat (that's also what I had when I got married). In case it isn't obvious, this is just a skirt, the tank in the photo isn't attached/included. Hopefully I'll remember to come back and add a photo of the petticoat under her dress the day of the wedding. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ but still a good product. *by C***W on August 2, 2016* This product works for my purposes. I needed a little extra body under my daughter's pageant gown and this worked as I hoped it would. I just wish it wasn't a tie in the back. You have to knot the ties so it won't fall down.
