Glad to find a tried-and-true item at a good price.
I have used these hanging strips for years in my home to reduce the number of holes that I must make in the wall. They're quickly and easily installed. For the most part, they are durable, but on occasion, I have had a couple of small hanging items to fall because the adhesive part has worn off either on the item itself or on the part of the strip that attaches to the wall. I should mention that this has not occurred after a recent installation, but alternately, after items have been hanging for a year or two. My solution to this is to put a reminder in my calendar to check on the possible need to replace after a year rather than waiting for something to fall off the wall :-). They're a great product, and I will continue to use.

Great product. Need additional help.
I've used Command products for years. My biggest regret is that I didn't invent them! That said I'm not sure how 3M can solve this, but believe they can. A newly painted(2020, very dry) matte wall absorbs moisture in command strip. My clock with glass face falls and breaks.Rented space so I can't paint wall with semi gloss or any paint to reduce absorption.

Pictures fell down
I've used Command Strips in the past with much success so maybe I got a bad batch? I hung up very light pictures (less then a few pounds each) and the pictures fell to the floor. I tried hanging them again and the second time around the pictures still fell to the floor. The strips weren't sticky at all.

They worked great and help all my stuff up for a long ...
I used these in my college apartment since I couldn't nail holes into the walls but I wanted to hang up art work. They worked great and help all my stuff up for a long time. And they really do come off easily. Just be careful with doors that slam shut due to wind blowing in through the window. At my apartment I had a strong breeze during afternoons and the door always slammed shut unless it was propped open and one of my paintings fell off the wall due to the vibrations from the door being slammed so hard by the wind. So just keep that in mind in case you have a similar set up.My new apartment has the same issue in the master bedroom...but luckily I can now nail holes in my walls :) Hooray for living in a real apartment after graduating college.

Being an Artist, Command Strips abound in my Gallery!
I make sure I don't run out of Command Strips (all sizes). I'm an Artist & use the small ones to hang my small pieces, and the larger ones for heavy framed paintings. I've never had any fall, and I can hang them at my Gallery, remove only the strip attached to the Painting, leaving the other half on the wall, allowing me to attach a (new half) to a different painting, just making sure the two halves are measured accurately apart, instead of taking the WHOLE strip off the wall. I like selling my Art WITH Command Strips attached. The buyer always has the option of hanging it with a nail, but it's not necessary. Command Strips are very useful for Artists, as well as having other applications. No holes in your walls!

It's been keeping the picture up
To use this you are supposed to stick one side of the velcro strip on the back of your picture and the other on the wall. Then you are supposed to pull the velcro strip apart so that the glue can dry without the weight of the picture. That part wasn't so easy. I had to re-apply the sticky side to the wall because the velcro was holding stronger than the glue and I couldn't keep it perfectly lined up but in the end, I was able to fix it and it hasn't fallen down yet. Keeping fingers crossed.

Cable management (eh)
Used these to help with cable management behind my TV trying to stick the connector for my built in speakers. The connector gets really hot and pretty sure made the sticky-ness subpar. I will way though I don’t think it has came off in the last 3 months (it’s been there for about 9 months total).

Brilliant product
As others had commented, only 1 pack of 3 pairs of strips were in the packet instead of the 9 that were shown on the description. I contacted the seller who apologised promptly for the glitch on here and immediately amended the price and wording and gave me a partial refund for the problem caused. So a big thankyou to BIC Warehouse for responding so positively. As for the Command Strips? I have used them for a good few years now. Latest project is for my patio doors - I have bought some mesh to go over them to keep out the bugs and so far, so good. No nasties getting in at all and I can have fresh air in the house at last. I also have put them over all the Velux windows in the bedrooms and bathroom (the pain of living in a chalet bungalow). What you must remember is to 'degrease' the surface before applying the base strip. I get some alcohol wipes from Amazon that do the job. Once you have put the strip on the surface and pressed it down, its recommended that you leave this to bond for 24 hours before hanging the item required. I would suggest that if you are hanging pictures etc you apply the strips in the same way. I have used Command large hooks - one for the shower try holding shampoos etc, and one for outside to hold a strip curtain - they have been up for 7 years and still are going strong. They have the waterproof strips attached so this does go to show if you attach them correctly this will work.

Disappointing Command Picture hanging strips
I bought 9 packs of 3 pairs of Command medium picture hanging strips from Amazon Marketplace. When I opened one I found it was impossible to peel the strip off the backs. Thinking it was just one faulty pack I opened another one only to find it was the same, as was the next one I opened. All of them are unusable.I would return them but apparently they are non-returnable.
