Pratt Read manufactures these screwdrivers in the U.S. for True Value's Master Mechanic brand
I'm not excusing this seller from misrepresenting the product and sending a product labeled differently from this product listing. BUT, as a former True Value hardware store owner with direct knowledge of these Master Mechanic lines of screwdrivers, I can attest that they are, in fact, manufactured by Pratt Read in the United States and labeled with the MM brand name for True Value. So just for what it's worth, these screwdrivers are identical. Hope this insight is helpful.
