I originally tried this product for what I thought was a fungal infection but turned out to be eczema. It helped clear up my skin though. These pills are so tiny and there is no taste to them. When I originally started buying them I am pretty sure I read it was supposed to help you maintain good cholesterol levels. I kind of think it helped lower mine (they were getting worrisome). As for the hair growth I am not real sure but I think it may be helping a bit. I would recommended this to anyone as no matter the reason you are thinking of it garlic has many benefits that you can't go wrong.

Seems to be managing my BP appropriately. I was formerly on losartan and amlodipine about 2 years ago and self discontinued after a combination of stricter diet and exercise. I noticed that it would still be around 130-140 systolic so I decided to take garlic as there is “some” evidence for this approach. With an ongoing combo of garlic, diet, exercise, I find that my BP seems better managed around 120-130. This particular supplement has zero aftertaste and the gems are really small and easy to swallow. Will have to try long term but keep in mind that anecdotal evidence (from me, for example) should not substitute for medical advice. Everyone is different.

I've used quite a few garlic pill brands and this one has no flavor and is small and easy to swallow. I use it everyday to help reduce my blood pressure and to help me combat any cold symptoms and it works great! The price is right too.. Cleve Bohne

I can't say that it was easy to swallow due to the fact that I have a problem swallowing pills. I just popped it open and squirted it in my mouth. I chew all of my pills! I know it cringe me to do so but that's the only way that im able to take/swallow pills. I didn't smell a odor and it wasn't a bad lingering taste. But I can honestly say that I think this softgel/pill have helped me and I will order more if needed in the future.

For me, had to stop taking. Was making me feel lightheaded. Wasn't sure that was due to these but in googling I found this can be a side effect . So be aware. may try again later to see if perhaps it wasn't the's but something else at the time. odorless part is definitely good.

I am very pleased with this garlic-parsley purchase. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. But I have a confession: I prefer not to swallow pills and chew them instead. I am delighted to say that the taste is wonderfully neutral, no garlic flavoring, aftertaste, or burping. I will buy this again and recommend it to others.
