These are perfect doccument and book holders for a desk, and keep doccuments organised and accesible. The interior has a soft, light brown felt which seems hard wearing. I would highly reccomend this!

A: Just checked and they dont.   But they are good quality.

A: The external padded faux leather (black or brown) covers an internal structure which is completely hidden (unidentifiable). The total thickness is 5mm. The result is a high quality leather-like finish. Build is similar to that of a VW - very solid and reassuring. Hence the price of this rack.
