Purchased this unit and after 6-8 weeks no longer worked. Amazon said to contact buyer for warranty refund as it was after the 30 days. Tried to contact DB Electrical by phone and e-mail and after it took a month to get back to me they told me"We do not cover any warranties on direct purchases from Amazon.When you buy directly from Amazon all you have is the Amazon warranty.Amazon took your money. We did not.They give you 30 days to return it."If you can pick out another alternator...
