These are the best insole i've used. I'm a big dude, about 300 lbs. They make my boots comfortable. The insoles lasted for about 6-8 months in my daily wear work shoes before i could tell they were not as supportive any more (my foot, ankle, knee, and back pain started to come back). The pains cleared up in a couple days.Easy to trim. I had a prior insole to copy and they fit perfect. The sizing seems spot on, but i'm at the smaller end of this insole so i have to trim a fair bit.Size 12-13.5I have used Spenco's gel insoles before which wore out faster and were less comfortable.

So comfy
I'd never really bought padded insoles like these before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'd used odor-eaters before, but those things are super thin and don't really add comfort. These, on the other hand, changed the comfort level of my shoes considerably. I love them. Every step I take I feel the extra padding and support. They also solved a little problem I had where my shoes were a bit too loose. Previously I had to make a point of wearing thicker socks with them or they would always feel about half a size too big. (They are chelsea boots so they had no laces to tighten) But now they are much more snug (in a good way).One warning I will give people before buying these is this. Make sure your shoes have some room in them to tighten up a bit. If your shoe is already tight, adding these might not be a good idea.
