A good, solid filter that holds up to cleaning
We have been buying these filters to keep our salt water system in top form for a couple of years now and they have worked great! Having purchased slightly (maybe $10) less expensive brands in the past we found that these are actually a better buy in the long run. The reason? Because the cheaper brands did not clean out as well, so we had to replace them mid season. These filters, when well maintained by regular cleaning, have lasted us the entire season with no need to replace them until it was time to open the pool again next time. They fit perfectly, easy to install and are made of good, strong materials that don't blow apart when cleaning them out.

Great Filter
2020-UPDATE: By far the best filter I have used! Into the second summer with this filter and it is still running strong. just opened our pool yesterday and this morning it is crystal clear! Just ordered a second filter to swap back and forth. This filter works amazing and is a great price!!!! Extremely happy customer!!! :) 2019 - We purchased this filter to replace our Unicel C-8417 filter. Was delivered on Wednesday and I immediately exchanged out the old filter and I am very impressed so far, works amazing! Hope it holds up, time will tell. But so worth the price for a new filter. Our local pool store charges 50.00 to acid wash our filters but it just doesn't work the same as new!! So as long as it holds up, you have a new customer! ;)
