Is this coin black like the pictures?

Hi. This is a real picture of the coin. We sell only genuine black ruthenium. Genuine Black ruthenium is very reflective to light and angles making the coin seem either darker or lighter.

Can it still be spent like real money ?

So it is a US coin and has value but it has been coated I Ruthenium so vendors may not accept it. It is made for collectors not for spending.

It is a beautiful nice coin. If you're JFK fan and like collecting his coins it is a nice coin for your collection. But it is hard to judge their value because lot of coin collectors do not accept these coins as two coins. If that makes sense because they are not the coins that come from the mint

Beautiful Coin. Great idea for a gift.

The Coin is simply beautiful. Although it is not Gold with Black (as the picture implies) but is Gold with something closer to that of a Grayish Silver. This item was purchased for someone as a Christmas Gift and I believe they will most certainly love it. I will keep this item in mind for future gifts.

Shiny coin

My coin is not black. It's more shiny then black. Not sure why it's not dark. Either way I'll keep it. Àlso the coin holder will not work with coin in capsule. Arrived on time. Nice polished coin, but does not meet description.
