We bought this puzzle to do on quarantine as a family and frame afterwards, I don't think we will be able to frame this puzzle. I am so disappointed, I am afraid to even start to put this puzzle together because I don't trust all the pieces are even there to have it completed. I will list what has been wrong so far and update as we go.1. Opening puzzle - over 100 pieces are LOCKED together and the wood is splitting and breaking when you take them apart2. Cheap dollar store quality wood, not durable like the description states.3. Four pieces where the picture actually detached from the wood - we glued it back on.4. one piece where the picture detached and we do not have the picture to glue back on - so our puzzle will forever have this blemish.5. The picture is off and does not match the print out - missing about an inch on the right side of the picture.

This is a great puzzle for the money. It is fairly inexpensive for a1000 piece wooden puzzle. It has a poster with the image the size of the puzzle. It was hard to build and I used the letters on the back to organize it into 8 separate sections and build it that way. I felt like a cheater, but it was still very challenging. The puzzle stays together when you lift it. There were no missing pieces. I really enjoyed this puzzle.

Packaging - it came in a box that didn't have a picture of the design and was made out of a flimsy paperboard material. Not sure how well the box will hold up. In order to see what you were doing there was a giant poster size picture in the box that was perforated that you had work with while putting the puzzle together. NOT ideal as it was huge. There was a storage bag inside the box for the pieces that could be used afterwards.Inside Box - There was some flimsy paperboard pieces inside the puzzle box that you could use to create dividers. This was a bit handy as the pieces were all printed on the back with letters corresponding to where they were in the overall pattern (since I couldn't work with the picture I used this as a guide) i used these letters to separate the puzzle into sections and did a section at a time.Puzzle Pieces - They were thick and made of wood but the quality of these pieces was very poor. There were several that were broken (see attached image) or almost broken and this made it very challenging to work with them. There was some where the wood was not cut cleanly and those were also harder to put together as they were not smooth edges and had to be forced. It also created a ton of sawdust all over my felt puzzle table. i was able to clean this up with a vacuum after i put it away.Once I struggled to put the puzzle together I found that even after the broken pieces I was also missing a piece. VERY VERY VERY frustrating.Overall I would NOT recommend this puzzle, will not pass along to anyone and will return it. WASTE OF MONEY and TIME. Very disappointed.

It was a lovely puzzles to assemble and the pieces snapped together beautifully -- with an alphabet grid on the back to confirm the location. I have assembled many puzzles and have a very carefully environment to prevent the loss of pieces -- I never clean the area while a puzzle in in progress, I assemble it over a glass table top on a white rug that makes all pieces easily visible. I uses boxes for loose pieces and do not place them on table itself before assembly.This is the ONLY puzzle I have ever had that is missing a piece. Still, I did not assemble this puzzle immediately upon receiving it. Now I find I have no recourse in obtaining the missing piece or a replacement. I planned to frame this puzzle, now it's destine for the trash bin. I will not order from this company again.

The puzzle I received had many damaged pieces. Also since the wood is multilayer it is subject to splitting if not placed properly. The manufacturer does not seem to have any QA or they are poor. Many pieces are not cut all the way through and require careful separation. I tried, unsuccessfully to repair a couple of pieces but was not successful. Previous puzzle was exceptional despite this one excepting the unseparated pieces. Funny that the previous puzzle snapped together from the top to bottom. This one was bottom to top. Many pieces had the letters rubbed off. I believe it went through some sort of heat treatment while glue the picture on the pieces. Last issue on older pictures there were fifty to one hundred pieces all the same and all the same color. Frustrating but not insurmountable. Oh yeah, pieces also fit ambidextrous, ie flip and still fits but not correct.

The puzzle pieces are small and thin and a lot of the pieces are still together for large sections meaning you must first disconnect the pieces and mix them up. Additionally, there is no English writing on any of the documents in the box or on the box. Very expensive for what you get. I would not recommend. I think Amazon needs to clearly disclose the origins of its products so the buyer can decide weather they want to support buying Chinese or not.

This puzzle was constructed on a wooden base making it brittle and susceptible to cracking and breaking. Several pieces were broken on arrival and were very difficult to fix. The puzzle pieces are quite small and because the shape of the pieces are so similar it is VERY difficult to assemble them and have any confidence that the right pieces are put together. The only way to do this effectively is to compare the lettering on the back of each piece to see if the letters line up. This specific puzzle has so many colors that you cannot use color as a guide for assembling it.Bottom line - you will NOT enjoy doing this puzzle - it will be a huge and frustrating project for you.
