I was hesitant about this product working but it far exceeded my expectations.

Decent camera
The camera seems to work just fine. Using it to shoot footage of sports and have had no issues with picture quality. Only problem we had was both batteries died. Both stopped holding a charge after 3 months. I contacted the company and even though they were not able to send replacement batteries they credited my Amazon account with enough money to buy 2 replacement batteries. They were very considerate in the transaction and I appreciated their helpfulness. 5 star customer service!

Good 4k Videocamera for the Money
I ended up returning the product because the zoom was only digital and not optical. The image quality is good as long as you don't zoom in at all.

Nice camcorder, just didn’t work for me.
Camera arrived quickly and upon first use I discovered it either the local camera display or an external display and no option for touch on it.Couldn’t us the camera for what I needed.Returned it to Amazon

Great camera for the price.
This is a really good camera. The image stabilization makes sure you get a nice clear picture. Zoom is pretty good. I wish it was a little smoother. Picture quality is excellent.
