The knob for my valve is stuck. Is there a secret to making it turn?

Is the propane hook up stainless steel?

Hello Thank you for reaching out to us. The Valve which connects to the propane tank is regular steel. The Lid on the actual Fire pit itself is stainless steel however.

This arrived a few weeks ago and it has already started to chip around the rim. Has anyone else had this experience? Can I return?

I have not after a year. I would send it back.

I want a quick connection, to connect to the propane line in the concrete deck. So the hose for the quick connect comes out the bottom?

It does come out of the bottom of the fire pit.
