If you are on your feet for 8+ hours, these will keep your feet from aching. The foam can be cut to fit your shoe. Its like walking on air.. almost. These are a lifesaver for me. Good quality and durable, enough foam for best comfort.

Best insole I have ever bought. I got the men's size 6-9 option and they fit perfectly in my size 7.5 steel toe boots. They are super comfotable and I like that they dont have firm plastic parts like doctor scholls and other expensive brands. Never understood why they do that. Anyways, great product for an amazing price. I am going to stock up on them in case they stop selling them on amazon.

The size was slightly bigger and didn’t fit well in shoes of the same size. I happened to have a pair of Nikes that were one size bigger, and after removing the original insoles, these fit well. The arch support is high, higher than I expected. After wearing them for a few days, my foot pain was definitely reduced. I would buy these again.

Got these for a rave/festival for my doc marten boots and I gotta say these were the BEST things to add. I felt so comfortable did not get hot, I was not sore the next day and they stayed in place. Game changer for sure since im in my early 30's. Well worth it I danced, walked and stood in place for hours and they were fantastic. Would absolutely purchase again and such great value. These arrived super fast and were easy to cut to my size. I didn't smell any weird or awful smells like others have suggested either. But the package tells you instructions for that problem. These are comfortable. I am concerned over the safeness of these though. I have slipped going down the stairs while wearing these in my sneakers and while walking on even pavement and while jogging. The bottoms aren't the issue I don't think. The bottoms don't stick to your shoe so you can take them in and out when you want to wash them or trade shoes. I believe the problem lies on the topside that your foot goes on. The material is too slippery for sock wearing. Everytime I slipped it was because my foot slid way over to the side of the shoe and even caused me to come out of my shoe, twisting my ankle and damaging a really nice pair of sneakers that I specifically had for these orthotics. Maybe if the bottoms had adhesive this would make it harder for it to happen at all. I was really hoping I had found my dream orthotics but I'll have to keep looking because safety is the most important thing.

I bought three different inserts for my shoes (I have plantar fasiitis) that I would be using to walk all over hilly Korea, this one, the Profoot one and the Dr. Scholl's Sport insole. I tried each of them for about 5 days each before my trip. This one by far was the best. The Profoot one was a bit narrow. The Dr. School's had bounce but not much arch support. This one I really liked prior to my trip. It proved it's worth after 10,000 steps each day and my feet were not sore, my arches felt great, and I wasn't foot fatigued. These really stood up to a lot of walking in hilly areas and steps. They worked so great I intend to buy more and put them in every sneaker I have. Highly recommend!

Got these for my 11yo son who complained of heel pain after sports and wearing his tennis shoes all day. These are very comfy and he stopped complaining and limping. I’m buying for all his shoes and cleats.

They are not hard support. They are soft. However, I am going to be honest. Smells don't bother me. But I will say this, they have a strong odor that is difficult to get rid of. I aired out for 3 days and sprayed with lysol. Smell is still there. I haven't tried washing them yet. I am unsure of it they can handle the washing machine, so I didn't. If you can get past the smell (which I did bc my feet was hurting), they work wonderful for arch support....If you don't like the hard arch support insoles, like me. They work better in my hokas, even brooks (not all models). But not in any of my nikes. They were too thick. I may give invicible 3 another shot with these in them. Because they had heel slip and this may stop it, who knows. I brought four more and probably a few more bc they good in my crocs too. BEWARE OF SIZE: I am 9 but wear 9 1/2 in running sneakers. The w 7-11 perfectly fit my us women 9 1/2 sneakers without cutting. So If your feet is bigger than that then get the next size up. The is reason for 4 stars- smell & size

I have flat feet and often have pain after standing for too long or walking. I used this for my trip to Europe and it felt like walking on clouds. I was getting more than 10,000 steps each day and I barely had any foot or leg pain after. I have gone to a podiatrist and got a prescription insole but these work just as good if not better.
