How do you set the date?

This is a bit "tricky" - this watch ahs an old fashion movement - but it works! To change the dat - you have to move the hour/minute hand until the date changes. Then -- move the hands BACK beyond 9-hour mark AND again move forward until the date changes again after 12-hour mark. And, continue to move back and forward until you get to the correct date. Remember -move hands back as soon as the date changes.

After reading the reviews and seeing dissatisfaction with the length of time this watch lasts ... does your company have a warranty?

The watches are very durable. I have that is 8 years old, scuba dude. Unfortunately with freight both ways on an unwarranted watch it will be cheaper to replace verses repair.
