I was interested in the test kit since I haven't been able to make time to visit the doctors lately. The process is pretty simple with easy to read instructions and everything is prepackaged for you. The process of collecting my saliva were specific as the instruction pamphlet lists what to avoid and how. This is my first time using a test kit overall, so the wait for the results is bit long. Overall, I can't wait for my results!

I gave this a 5-Star rating because the instructions were extremely straightforward, if I had any questions regarding how long my test was going to take with the results I was able to text a number and get a response right away, the kit was very easy to use. Most importantly, it was not a hassle to send it off to get results. I would recommend this testing kit to any woman that is looking for a quick and easy lesson than 20 minute test.

Product was easy to use and I had done a differnt test from Verisana that worked well. However, this recent test has yet to give results. After inquiery I was told the results were repeatedly delayed by about a month and then when the were "ready" nothing was available to view. Despite requesting new links and resetting passwords, still no results. Still waiting on responses to text and phone messages regarding results.

UPDATE: The company contacted me and let me know they switched to using the ZRT lab and sent me a new test kit to replace the prior one. I just received the results and they are the thorough ZRT results. Great customer service! OLD: I would NOT recommend this company/test. I had a hormone test from ZRT done and the results were comprehensive and professional. I ordered this test and received an email with a cheesy chart with vague results that didn’t make sense (it would show something in red and say it was HIGH but then show a value that is low. You do NOT receive any other results, just the one screen. I shared with my provider and she said they didn’t make sense and even the values didn’t look right so now I need to do another ZRT. DO NOT waste your money.
