Where do I get the battery for this

It is possible to buy replacement (Panasonic branded) batteries for it, but the ecommerce site that sells them isn't Amazon, so I feel sort of weird pasting the URL here. If you take the battery out and Google image search for "Panasonic 700mah", you'll see the replacement battery and a site in the UK that sells it. Also, disassembling the thing to get to the battery is a pain. I found a disassembly instruction diagram on yet *another* site that sold no-name replacement batteries for it. That said, Amazon is currently showing a $20 price tag for this item. So, all said and done, it'd be nearly as cheap to just replace the whole thing and save yourself the hassle. FWIW, that's exactly what I'm doing. Factoring in shipping, getting a whole new unit is exactly the same price as having a replacement battery shipped in from the UK.

Will this Shaver be good for a low buzz cut? His hair is straight, but he buzzes it very short (lower then military style)

Haven't tried to buzz my head yet with this shaver. Looking at how the guard can be taken off it should cut very close to the skin. This is a good quality clipper for the price.
