Purchased prior to removing old one. The old one did not break so I did not get a chance to use it. Would have given a 5 if I had to use it. Now I have an extra.

Got 2 for a decent price. It looks exactly like the one I took out. This will be the 3rd washplate cap I have had in this washing machine over its lifetime (around 8 years or so), so the caps do need replacing often, but it's nice that they're not too expensive and are easy to pop into place. Love that it arrived so quickly so I could get back to doing my laundry, and love that I have a backup in the drawer for the next time the thing breaks.

This part (agitator cap) was exactly as described by the seller. It was made of good quality materials and found it to be an exact replacement of the original part (cap). It snapped on firmly giving me that sense of confidence it was going to hold in place. I purchased the two pack so I have a spare whenever this one goes out...hopefully not for many years.
