Can we prepare rotis without oil

yes u can.. give a tissue wipe after making each rotis. and use medium flame to cook.

Where can I buy the cast iron kadai in Bengaluru ?

Dear Customer, While Meyer products are available at all good retail stores, we suggest you buy at Amazon.

Please let me know how to put the canvas heat grip , i m not able to put it

One end is open, just slide it in

I have not received handle grip. How can we get it now?

handle grip is made of canvas & doesn't provide any protection from heat. if you want you can buy silicon cover for insulation. (I doubt it that vendor will courier this decorative cover separately)
