High quality thick linen-like fabric, well put together. Came out of the washer/dryer in good condition. Has snaps at the bottom for easy on-off. My daughter is 18lbs/29inches, wears a size 12m. The 6-12 was a bit big and I had to safety pin the straps tighter and together to keep them on her shoulders.
