Cheap product, which is not worth the price tag.
Defective item. Also..build quality was very poor. Had to order a replacement. I guess there is no quality check before they dispatch the item. The back cushion was not at all aligned. Also, a lot of parts were lose and we're ready to fall off any time. So many Staples on chair, that it tore the fabric of seat; probably because it was repackaged and sent to customers a lot many times.Edit: the replaced product had the same issue as the first product. The back support is again tilted, which is a manufacturing defect. I guess the entire batch is defective. No quality check at all.

Amazing durability and assembly...I'm a handicap person weighing abt 95kg and use this chair to roam around my home... (although I won't recommend that but I don't like use wheelchair)...Overall steel base, the wheels and the top body has amazing durability...

Poor quality mateiral
Product was in good working condition and still makes a good chair. But the I didn't like the product quality. Finishing of parts are very rough. The plastic covering cups, caster wheels look very cheap. The chrome plated cup which supposed fit on wheel base is not worth to go with even ten rupees product. if that wasn't included, I would be happier...

Terrible Investment
The back support integrity degraded in matter of days, now I get chronic back pain trying to sit on this chair.The base is too large, if you sit with your back straight on the support your legs dont fold fully down making is very hard to sit. The minimum height is too tall and the vertical setting on the back support is almost at 30 degrees backwards.The proportions are all off. Not worth 4000, by any chance. Please do not buy!
