JUST FOR MEN Easy Comb-In Color, No-Mix, Light Brown A-25 (1 Pack)

Never used hair color before and this was very easy to apply. I only left it on for half the recommended time because I was nervous, and it still worked great. Covered the gray immediately and looked natural. Big plus: it did NOT stain my skin at all. Next time I’ll use the full time for even better coverage. Already bought a backup.

Been using this product for several years now -- what a relief to get away from sticky comb-in stuff that turns yellow and un-natural looking! Truly a great product I'll use for as long as I have hair! Was hard to get for a while -- believe they stopped making T-25, and then they resumed. Thank goodness. Please don't ever stop making this shade as it's perfect for us graying guys as an easy solution for weekly (in my case) applications. UPDATE: Yikes - They changed the product - but no sweat. It doesn't smell as "caustic" so perhaps a gentler formula, but be ready to see your light brown/gray start looking like Halloween Dark Brown within 60 seconds while applying. Again, no sweat, because it does shampoo out to normal color that you wanted. Still satisfied here.

First thing I have to say about this product is PAY ATTENTION when people say go for a lighter color than you think your hair is. I went medium brown at first and had multiple staring at me asking what changed. So I went with light brown and it was not obvious I had dyed my hair anymore. Secondly...this product does not erase all grey hair. It gets rid of most of it...but I found particularly at the roots near the sideburns I just can't get it to completely block out the grey no matter how much I smear in. I leave it in longer than the 15 recommended minutes too. Usually 30 mins to an hour. That being said it does make a significant difference and people not longer can call me out for going grey. YOU CAN REUSE THIS PRODUCT. The manufacturer is lying to get you to buy more when they say one time use. After applying to your grey areas squeeze the tube so that the product comes to the lip of the tube and then recap tightly. I keep mine in the fridge but I don't know if this is necessary. I've also just recapped and kept in a drawer and it seemed to work fine. After recapping take the applicator tip and blow all the excess product out in to the sink (or in your hand). At first I was getting rid of it then I realized it was a waste so I put on one of the two included applicator gloves and used the excess that comes out to smear around other areas of my head. Then flush water through the applicator tip several times and blow it out. This prevents it from being clogged so you can reuse it. The product works on oxidation so it is key to make sure the bottle is squeezed to the top when you recap and that you get as much product out of the applicator tip when you are done. If you do this you can re-use this product 3-4 times depending on how much you use each time. I find the color starts fading around 2-3 weeks and usually at that point do another application. As I mentioned earlier it won't get rid of ALL the grey hair but it certainly hides big white patches that I have on the sides of my head. So...to recap...go with a step lighter than you think you need. Follow my instructions for re-use and you can save yourself blowing 8 bucks every 2-3 weeks just to keep your hair darker. All that said it's a good product. It doesn't stain the skin badly....after I apply I use a DRY tissue paper to wipe back/away all the excess that gets on my forehead and ears. I also don't use shampoo for my first shower afterwards....I just rinse really well with water to allow it to sink in longer. I would recommend this as well for a better initial coloring. And make sure to get a color safe shampoo. It's hard to find one made specifically for men but I was able to find one at Walmart that appeared at least somewhat gender neutral and affordable.

Surprisingly, it worked so well that it has become my go-to choice ever since. How I Use the Product: I use this hair color for quick touch-ups on my roots. It's become a convenient solution when I don't have time for a trip to the store. Expectations were Met. Surpassingly it goes on smoothly, doesn't have a strong smell, and the short application time is a time-saver. Not to mention, it holds up just as long as the regular hair dye I was using before. The ease of application, lack of unpleasant odor, and comparable durability make it a practical choice for anyone, regardless of gender. Don't be swayed by its marketed audience; it truly makes no difference. Pros: Easy application Pleasant scent Short processing time Long-lasting results Cons: Geared towards men (but effective for all) In conclusion, if you find yourself in a pinch and need a reliable hair color, don't overlook Just For Men. It might surprise you, just as it did for me.

I used to use this on my dad to color his hair years ago and I remember how natural the color always looked. I forgot about it for some time until I was searching for an eyebrow tint. This stuff actually showed up in the search. I saw some ladies trying on their brows with great outcome! I have bleached hair with natural dark blond roots. I ordered the light brown and applied it and wowza it worked perfectly. I only left it on for 4 minutes just to see and it looked awesome. It was a pretty close match to my dark blonde. There also was no red undertone. It was a good mix between a neutral and ashy shade of light brown. I think I may leave it on a little longer to get a little darker next time I apply it. I'm also happy that they changed it to a premixed tube color that you can keep using instead of the 2 part mix. Not sure how long it will last but will update when i find out. Very satisfied with this purchase and excited to have something that looks so natural and to have brows again! UPDATE: Been using for about a month and pretty impressed. The first application lasted a couple weeks. The second time I used it I left it on for 5 min. It lasted about 3 weeks until it showed some fading. Still very happy with the results.

It doesn't work at that well for gray beard hair. For whatever reason dye has a hard time with gray hair. Also, it's very misleading because when you apply it to your hair, it is dark-dark, and it can make you panic, but when you rinse it out, there isn't much change and a lot of the gray hair is still there.

I have come to face the fact that my hair makes me look older than I feel. So I tried this JFM Easy Comb-In version hoping it wouldn't be stinky like the hair dyes women use. Good news: it's not! What I really like about this product is that it doesn't dye my hair all one flat color. It just seems to darken it to the level of the product shade. So I still have tone variations in my hair, which looks natural. The key is to use a color that best resembles what your hair is now, not what it used to be. For me, that meant a lighter shade than I would otherwise have chosen. A benefit of this is my hair color changes more subtly as the color wears off, so there's no big color change on dye day. These are important tips if you don't want to look like you dye your hair.

They obviously changed the formula. It suddenly, with my last purchase, does not work. This newest batch won't even stain skin. I found an old, unopened kit in the back of the vanity and tried it after, still works. Using the new then old back to back, I also noted, the new dye darkens much faster once exposed to air, than the old. This has been a great product for years, no more. You may as well use hand lotion, it'll color the same and is cheaper, much less messy washing it out.
