Easy to install and very functional! The most difficult part was getting the old Moen faucet out, but once that was done, this installed in 20 minutes. I really like the black/stainless finish because it looks modern without being audacious. The faucet itself does a few things I really like: the water comes straight down from the faucet, so no wonky angles of water shooting out all over the place, the switch from spray to full stream doesn't require full pressure to stay in spray mode, and it automatically switches back to full stream when you turn off the water. Best of all is the ability to hose down the sink without having to pull out a long tube to get to the corners; the spring boogies around the sink easily.

Looks great, but I haven't installed yet.

I am happy with my faucet so far, but time will tell if it holds up well. We had it installed and not even a week later I noticed that the black (paint?) was chipped on the rim of the faucet head. The head of the faucet is metal and you could see the silver beneath the small black chipped area. I contacted Kraus right away and they replaced it at no charge after I provided pictures. Customer service was great and if this replacement holds up all will be good. I can say that it is a nice looking quality faucet and the two toned black and stainless matches my kitchen light fixtures perfectly. It seems to function well and I am happy with the ease of use.

We just bought and installed this faucet yesterday. It looks amazing and feels heavy and durable. The only part that doesn't seem like it would be durable, is the button. Its plastic and sounds cheap when you click in on. Other than that, we are super happy with our choice.

Simple install and looks amazing! Make sure you have a clear space for the weight to keep the recoil efficient.

From the moment I saw the box I knew this was going to be a quality product! I shopped for Grohe, Kohler, Moen, Delta, and they were all missing that wow factor so I have this Krause a try and I’m so glad I did! It’s built like a tank, looks amazing, sized perfectly for smaller sink and did I say looks amazing!? Works well too! Had to adjust the weight placement a bit to ensure smooth nozzle function but overall a piece of cake to install! Love it!

Looks great and simple to install. Love the quick connect feature and that they provide a higher flow restriction option that is simple to swap out. The connection under the counter is a typical threaded plate but you needn't worry about tightening it fully - there are 2 screws that you tighten to secure the plate - nice feature.

Purchased these before for kitchen. Order again for wet bar. Excellent quality and style.

Good shipping easy instructions I mounted it to the sink before placing it in the hole. Nice simple handle operation easy to select spray or stream. Finish seems durable look is clean and modern.
