Hi, I had back operation 7 months ago, my right leg is still numb and was limping until started using this insoles couple of weeks ago. I am giving it 20 stars and eternally grateful. This is the insole for someone with high arch. At the beginning I bought size 8, as numb foot is size 8 and other is size 7, and had them for couple of hours per day as recommended. It was a bit unusual and felt on my arch a bit of pain, but after couple of days that went away and I am wearing them all the times now. I so walk at least 15.000 steps a day ( I am doing this walking challenge for charity, 100 days 15.000 steps ) and before the insoles I was limping severely no matter what type of shoes I was wearing. Since I got them I started walking normally, the leg is still numb but the limping barely visible / noticeable and I feel much much better. My pelvis is not crocked anymore and I'm having much better posture. At the same time I bought 6 pairs of different insoles to try which one is the best for me and the rest of them ( without that bubble in the middle ) are not making much of a difference to someone with a high arch. After initial trial I bought also a size smaller insoles, and they fit easier in the shoes I already have. Follow the instructions, start with hour or two per day and I am sure you will be really happy with the product after couple of days. I can't wear shoes without it anymore xxx

I have a number of these insoles. I have planter faciatis and it's painful. I've been wearing these insoles for about 2 years and said have several pairs in different shoes I did find that using the insoles in certain shoes like Timberland I went up a half size. My main boot I wear daily is a pair of AkU walking boot and they fit very wel. As well as having planter faciatis I have back problems and I have problems with my knee ( military injuries) the insoles have helped to reduce my disomfort by the support they give, but most noticeably the planter faciatis, I can wear other shoes without the insoles but after a day I know about. The pain from just putting your feet on the floor is indescribable, which brings me to how I am writing this review. I wore my boots and at the end of the day I started to feel some discomfort in my feet. Upon inspection of the insoles I had found the insoles had compressed to the point you could make out the outline of my toes. Sitting here working out how long I have had this pair was a good 12 months These insoles are excellent they have withstood daily use in walking boots I walk always 5 miles a day and I am no light weight I am a big bloke, they have functioned well and given me miles of pain relief. Without hesitation I've bought another pair I would not be without these insoles in my shoes so much so most of my shoes now have them in. Only my dress shoes don't have them them the shoes are not feel enough The heels on the insoles are raised which makes my unsuitable, but for boots and trainers they are great. I recommended to my father in law who is on his feet all day and he is pleased with the results. They have worked for me if you are suffering from planter faciatis give them a go they do feel a little strange at first it persevere and quite quickly you will get use to them. Remember not recommend for shallow footwear. Best of luck hope they work for you

I tried quite a few different insoles to help with Plantar Fasciitis pain before I found these. I've been using them for a few years now and they are easily the most comfortable and effective for my pain. I have them in all my shoes and boots now and have stopped trying others... I no longer suffer with Plantar Fasciitis pain but believe that is due to their continued use. I'd definitely recommend giving them a go.

6/10. So, I think these are a good product, but unfortunately I can't use them because they are so thick inside my boots. I can't remove the insole in my boots, so laying these insoles on top just means that your feet are squashed in your shoes. I tried trimming them down, thinking this might help, but it doesn't. So, these are only good IF you can remove the sole already inside your shoes/boots. They are very comfortable, and have a good support area for the bridge of your foot. I may try to put them into trainers which I can remove the soles already fitted.

I suffer from Metatarsalgia in the right foot so thought I'd take a gamble on these in a size 9 based on the feedback Right out of the packet they appear to be very well made and very good quality. Day 1 I put these in my size 9 steel toe cap boots the fit was perfect no cutting required and the comfort and pain relief was immediate Slight weird feeling at first with the big bobble but that soon goes away,9 hours later they still felt amazing and the dull ache pain had subsided dramatically. Day 2 put them in my trainers and again perfect fit wore them around the doors for 8 hours and at the end if the day to my astonishment I noticed that I hadn't even thought or felt any pain that day. Day 3 put them in my running trainers again great fit and did an 8 mile run and from the first to the last step felt no pain at all. I've suffered with metatarsalgia for over 3 months and within 3 days I'm almost pain free....for me these have been a revelation and I will he buying more...they might not work for every one but if you're suffering from foot pain at this price surely its worth a punt and hopefully like me you won't be disappointed

I ordered these as I work a job where I am on my feet for many hours at a time. I have had unbearable pain in my feet, especially my heels, for a few weeks now. I decided to get these to try because it had got to a point that I would try anything to ease the pain. Even after reading the reviews, I was skeptical. They are bulky, and even after replacing my insoles they are a little too high for my trainers. When you first use them, they hurt and are uncomfortable. The ball bit in the middle and high sides feel unnatural. However, after about 10/15 minutes my feet adjusted to a point that they were ok to wear (not fantastic and a little uncomfortable but not painful) after wearing them for one day, the pain in my feet has eased and isn’t unbearable. So far, so good.

Love the product

I have a super high arch and it is really hard to find supports that don't cost a ton of money and actually work. These are great. They work so well I even bought a pair for a coworker who was having severe foot and ankle pain and after the first few hours of getting used to them he said his feet already had stopped hurting before the day was even through. He was so ecstatic which made me happy. He even made sure to get the name of the support before he left so he could make sure to order another pair to put in his other shoes.
