The product is good and effective ... I felt very good and energetic after taking it.

I was skeptical about the supplements but this one worked for me intially as I was able to focus for 1-2 hours but gradually I have realised that the effects are diminishing. So iam not sure whether I am gonna give it a try again but this product certainly works when I started using it. May be I should stop using it everyday and rather use it when I need to focus on something important. All in all, iam content with the product.

It's really works, gives immense calming effect on mind with good memory retention. Only thing it can give u feeling of anhedonia (in the sense bcoz I m suffering from clinical depression not for normal human). But you can cope with it. I highly recommend it for its anti-anxiety and memory retention property. I have been using Brahmimi and Ashwagandha from last 2 years. Used may brands like Organic, Himalaya even the very expensive ones. But I find the Nature Velvet Brahmi and Aswagandha products more effective and recommend this brand
