Review: Helps lessen tall bone pain - I suffer from herniated discs and sciatic pain and have found this cushion useful when driving. It does tend to shift a little bit and needs realigning for comfort occasionally. I bought this for a long haul flight, as this is when my pain is worse, and I'm yet to fly so I can't yet tell you how it stands up to 16hrs in economy class. It comes in a useful carrier but is too solid to fold up inside hand luggage, which I suppose is a good thing. I doesn't cause heat and sweat issues either, which is a problem for 100% memory foam products. This may change when I get back to my desk in the tropics!
