Cheaper than purpose-specific TMJ stretching device
I bought these instead of spending 7x what these cost on a device marketed as a passive stretching device for TMJ. Obviously don’t use these blocks for something other than the intended purpose without taking to your dentist/doctor, but they have helped me to get my mouth open far enough to actually eat a sandwich again. The plastic material isn’t coming apart, and even if it does…I can only use one at a time and this is a multi-pack! It’s a bargain.

Learning process
Had to get these cause my 1yr old had a tongue and lip tie release. Doctor recommend that we use these to keep his mouth open to do the mouth stretches.Was a little difficult to put in the mouth and when in you have to make sure it doesn’t get to far back to the throat, could be a chocking hazard if not paying attention. But over all its ok.

Helps with clenching teeth...
I can only use the smallest size because my jaw is not very big. So the medium and large are wasted purchases for me. It doesn't hurt my teeth or my jaw and that's the point. East to clean. No bad odors and not too hard.
