The tape is supple, but also very supportive. I feel most confident wearing KT Pro tape. Also, the yellow color is fun and energetic.

BEST price. I laugh when I go to Target and CVS only to find that this tape is at least $7 more expensive there than here. Works really well. I definitely recommend the "Pro" level from KT (or also look at Rock Tape) - Pro and Rock Tape are the only 2 tapes that stand the test of time. What can you say about this product it does what it's intended to do. When young adults and myself have been using it on several different injuries and it seems to help ease the pain and discomfort that you may be having. Comes in all sorts of colors you can quickly get it here on Amazon.
