I copied from the actual label: fortified wheat flour(B1,B2,B3, folic acid), water,sugar, raisins, candied fruits(papaw sugar), preservative(potassium sorbate), acidulant(citric acid), natural colors(chlorophyll), (carmine),and (curcumin), pasteurized egg yolks,vegetable fat, anhydrous milk fat, invert syrup, wheat gluten, leaven, candied orange fruit (orange peel,sugar, acidulent (citric acid) preservative-sodium benzoate,emulsifier (mono and diglyceride of fatty acid), mass enhancer (acetic acid esters of mono/diglycerides), oxidizing agents( ascorbic acid) (azocarbonamide) enzyme (a-amilase), leaven, skimmed milk powder, salt, soy lecithin, fruit cake flavor, preservative (calcum propionate), natural colors (curcumin), (annato extract), and antioxidant (tocopherol concentrated mix); Free of potassium bromate. How many days can the cake be stored outside the refrigerator? What is the expiry date of the cake from the manufacturing date?

It doesn't need to be in the refrigerator as long as it stays in a fresh room inside it's bag, you should be fine. Expiration day is around May-June 2016.Thanks

What is the shelf life of this product at room temperature?

3-6 Months. The last one I ordered had 4 months. This would be reduced once opened, depending on how it was stored (exposure to air).

Not as good as Italian- not even close!

This is not as good as Italian Panettone very dry and the candied fruit taste fake like plastic… definitely buy the Italian version because this was a huge disappointment!!
