THINGS REMEMBERED Clear Crystal Heart Shaped Paperweight (Free Customization)

This company is excellent to work with! I ordered a paperweight I had a inscription on it for a special person who was moving away. And the package never made it even though it said it was delivered maybe the wind blew it away as we had high winds. So I contacted the company and told them I had to have it by Tuesday and they assured me it would be there by Tuesday however they overnighted it to me and I received it on Monday and it is absolutely beautiful! I am so pleased and grateful they sent it so fast! Again I will order from them in the future for sure!

While this was a gift and so I wasn't able to see it firsthand, the recipient of the gift said it was beautiful and that the inscription was very touching (which means she was able to read it clearly and it was properly inscribed). The gift also arrived within the time projected. Thank you for the lovely product and timely delivery.

These were incredible. We wanted them for our grown children as momentos of our wedding since we are older. The crystal heart shaped paperweights were perfect and classy.

This item sucks I can't even see the letters and I can't request a refund or retun. I try to contacting the seller but no answer I need my money back. Never buying here again
