Grace Carry on Luggage 22x14x9 Airline Approved, 20 Inch Hard Shell Suitcases with Spinner Wheels, Abs+Pc Hard Case Luggages with Tsa Lock for Airplane, Blue

I stumbled across this mainly due to the price of less than $50 on amazon warehouse deals. The open front pocket is a must as I use this for work and daily commute to easily access some of my items without opening the entire carry-on. I currently have a travelers carry-on but it's a bit big at 22" which I got as a replacement. I have the delsey type front pocket but it does not wheel properly in vertical. My ideal one would be the Samsonite Pro Vertical Spinner but at $250, it's not that serious. I'll be watching the price and if it drops below $100, I'll pull the trigger.I received this and for the price, here are my thoughts.Quality-It seems to be well built. The thicker zipper is in the middle and a regular zipper in the front pocket. There seem to be some left over threads around the zipper area which will definitely pose a problem if something accidentally snags on it and pull the thread. I'll use a nail clipper to cut all of them. Otherwise, it seems well built.The wheels appear to have rubber on it and I hope they are sturdy enough to roll into just about everything. I'm anxious to roll it vertically and will post an update on thisForm factor - This is the right size I was looking for. It's not too small to carry my items. When I have a bigger suitcase, I always seem to add more stuff to it making it a bit heavier. this will discipline me to carry just what I need.Features-Here is where we have a winning combination. There is a plethora of pockets and segments to store just about everything which makes this nice. It seems to be well thought through with high marks here.With that said, I'll have to give this 5 stars out of the gate. I plan to use it later this week and will post an update after a few weeks. For the price though, I was hard pressed not to pass on this. Stay tuned................................

This suitcase is very well made! I had been doing a lot of research on the best bag to take on a European trip. Level 8 ticked all my boxes.1. Price point was spot on.2. Dimensions included wheels and handles( beware some don’t) and it fit well within the requirements.3. Stylish color and look.4 Attention to detail on inside construction5. Most importantly the wheels were said to roll well on cobblestone. ( And they certainly did)I just returned from a trip and cruise to Italy and Greece. Packed enough clothes and toiletries for 2 weeks ( not an easy task but with lots of planning it can be done) wore everything I packed most things twice and did 0 laundry. Nothing got dirty or stinky but glad we didn’t stay another week! lolThe zippers on the bag are smooth zipping and lock securely into to top lock.Fully packed my bag weighed just a tad over 23#’s.I did pack one change of clothes and a pj in my personals bag, but the suitcase was my main storage.The wheels were a dream on rough cobblestone streets. The handle felt nice and sturdy. The front flap storage pocket might be great for those traveling with a laptop but I did not use is except for paperwork as loading it with things does limit the amount of interior packing space.My only issue( no fault of the bag itself) was the last day of the trip I loaded my suitcase with my personal bag attached to the trolley handle , onto a bus… the ride was chaotic and the bags tipped over. Someone tried to lift both bags by grabbing the personal bag and slightly bent the suitcase handle. No significant visible damage but I was then unable to lower the handle back into the suitcase.After working on the internal mechanism (inside the zipper area in the bottom of the suitcase) I have been able to lower it back down except for the last inch and a half.I am currently contacting Level 8 to see what can be done.This is a great bag and I love it ! Would definitely buy another Level 8! Wish they made them lighter. Most bags empty run in the 610 pound range. This one comes in at about 6.9-7.9. Not horrible but every little bit helps when going thru security.

Awesome piece of luggage. I needed a carry on size piece of luggage for 3-5 day business trips mostly. I ended up taking this on a 10 day trip and it was perfect. Granted, I'm a light packer, but I was able to get 2 pairs of shoes, and all my cloths in for the trip. One note, if you stuff the cloths side, you have less room for the fold out laptop side. The wall between the two compartments is cloth and gives depending on how much you stuff one side. With that said, I was still able to get my laptop in. The hard shell is great for protection when checking the bag too. Extra security with the TSA locks is also a great feature. This is a really nice piece of luggage that will make my upcoming trips much easier.

I'm a corporate pilot and I frequently pack for 3-5 day trips. This bag fits everything I need. It's a little more snug than the previous 22" bag but that makes sense as this is a slightly smaller bag overall. I purchased this bag because the handles on my previous bag were beginning to wear, I wanted the extra protection of a hard shell, and I wanted a separate laptop/tech compartment so I didn't have to carry an additional backpack or risk the laptop being bent inside the suitcase. And also I didn't want to pay $4-500 on an airline quality case.Overall, I have few complaints about the bag: The tech pocket zippers are hard to close when the bag is in either an upright or laying down position. The compartment itself also just barely fits my MSI GS63VR laptop, which is a 15.3" laptop. I'm willing to bet the designers of this case were only thinking of Apple products (another example, a regular computer mouse does not fit in the "mouse pocket" and will put pressure on both the mouse and the top of your computer when the compartment is zipped shut).Other than that, the suitcase is extremely light and much easier to travel with than my previous case when all things are considered. I look forward to many more trips with this bag.

Absolutely love this suitcase. The wheels row perfectly, and the suitcase is very sturdy. We have the champagne and black colors. They are beautiful.

I am a happy traveler. I wanted something to take my 17" laptop in that offered me more room that my backpack. This product nailed it. In the photo I attached, I have my 17" laptop in the compartment -- the laptop is 15 3/4" x 10 1/4" and it fits! I felt it was important to let potential buyers know since it advertises it fits a 15" laptop. One thing to note with the 17" laptop, it is too tall for the Velcro to catch but it does fit! Also, that bag rolls very easy and smooth. I have taken in on 2 trips and I have had no issues at all and I have been able to fit it in the overhead on the plane

I bought the gray color for my 2wk international trip and absolutely loved that I did not have to check it in. It fit perfectly in the overhead compartment. It's a very sturdy carry-on with excellent wheels, handles and zippers. I love the outer compartment that keeps you from having to open the entire suitcase. Definitely a great buy, and very scratch resistant!

This is a really good luggage it's nice and compact. Perfect laptop compartment. taken it to. Portugal, new york and bangladesh. The wheels are nice and smooth easy to pull around. Does the job and I've never had problems on Ryan Air or jet blue with the carry on size checker thing. Its very light weight can lift it with 1 finger unless I'm just really strong 👀. It does have sturdy handles too so when you're carrying it you'll be fine.
