This headache helmet is the very best I have ever used!!!!I have two of them. So that I can use another one when it cools down. I own seven of these and hands down the very best. They may look a little goofy, but I really don’t care what I look like when I have a migraine.

I bought the cranial cap and sinus mask to use together; both very effective in using together to freeze migraines in their tracks. Highly recommend getting two to switch off when one is no longer cool. It stays cool for about 20 to 30 minutes if put in a good quality freezer.

I had a subarachnoid hemorrhage (brain hemorrhage) in January of 2012 and since then I have had a headache. No, not lots of headaches. I have had one, continuous, soul-sucking headache that never goes away. It goes up and down and sometimes pretends it's going to go away but then PSYCHE! It's back! Early on a friend who has had the same issue suggested an ice cap. I really didn't want to pay $45 for it, plus I hate being cold, plus the headaches were going to go away any time (my doctor kept telling me). When we hit the one year mark of happy headache, I decided to pick one up. So glad I did! It gives me instant relief that lasts about 20 min (the cold). If I need to take something for the pain, it calms it down so the medication can work. I liked it so much I bought a second one to keep at work. When I want to go "full dork mode" I even wear it in front of my students. No, it isn't the most fashionable accessory in the world, but the ice pack kept slipping off my head while I lectured. (You think I'm kidding, don't you?) My kids are high school students and all know about my SAH and my ongoing headache, so they just mock me for a few minutes then go about their work. I think they're just jealous of my mad fashion skillz.

This cap has gotten me thru many migraines. I am so glad I found it.

These cranial caps really help me with my headaches. Sometimes they totally take away the pain. My only reason for not giving them a 5 star rating is because they don't stay cold very long. I bought a second one to have to put on when the first was gets warm. I've suffered with headaches for years and these caps are awesome for relief.

This is great the only issue is the neck closure which chokes you, just cut that part off and it works great.

I purchased this hat a year ago to help me sleep and it did help with sleep. However, the cap covers my ears which I found very uncomfortable. I finally put ear covers on my ears.
